Here are the last pictures of this great project. The pictures are from the last 5 days of the trip. Included are the pics from the incredible rainstorm on Monday and Tuesday. Pictures of my friends and relatives helping me paint to make the deadline, pictures from the reception and the last day after sealing the mural.

Detail of my Grandparent's store, First it was built as the Frame Livery Stable next to Mollie's Dress shop.
1919 red brick building built as Lyric Movie Theater, and Platt Brothers Ford new car showroomPistol Pete's blacksmith shop was in the north end of Parking Lot.
1953 entire builidng became known as"Del-Mars Food Store" until 1986 when Granddad died. Baptist church shown above Del-Mars, "Mini-Mural" painted on side of building (notice white watertower) Jorns & Thoroughman building (green) now Sassar's Antiques (Thanks Mrs. Sassar) Four little girls in matching dresses would have to be Lora, Nora, Dana, and Beth (my twin and younger sisters)
If anyone would be interested in getting postcard type copies of these and many more pictures, please e-mail me at nora@muralsbynora.com I am collecting names to generate postcard booklets to be purchased for a small cost. These would make great keepsakes or gifts for people from Perkins but now live out of town.
